Our unique space is available for visual productions or photoshoots requiring a vintage office look. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such as mahogany doors and panels, and brass lighting accents. Furniture styles include MiMo, 60s-70s styles, and contemporary. A reservation for this space includes an open area and 3 executive vintage styled offices with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. Please note art appearing in photos may be different than that of actual art in the space. The space is used to exhibit art and is curated regularly with different works. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. For 4 hours reservations, we prefer them to begin at 9:00 am or at 2:00 pm. We will consider 2 hours reservations on weekdays starting after 8:30 am and ending by 11:30 am with 5 or less guests. No music video production is permitted.

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include: Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant and electrostatic cleaning. Providing hand sanitizer at entry and meeting rooms. Providing hand soap at all sinks. Asking our guests to help sanitize common surfaces that they have used with sanitizing wipes when applicable. Rotating rooms between reservations so rooms can be left vacant for several hours and then cleaned thoroughly. We have also installed Nanoseptic self-cleaning materials on door knobs/levers, restroom push plates, elevator buttons.
