Welcome to our creative, sunny and spacious modern Venice Beach house with a huge rooftop. It is located in the heart of Venice Village, a block from the beach and steps away from the famous Abbot Kinney Rd. House is designed with functionality in mind. It is located at an amazing location; one block to the beach, one block to Abbot Kinney. Create sunset shoots or all day direct sunlight shoots on the 1000 square foot rooftop deck while your clients are relaxing on the cozy lounges. ArtSpace Venice Beach Rooftop retreat is on 3 levels in the very heart of Venice. 2000 sq/ft (200m2) house with huge 1000sg/ft (100m2) rooftop, 2500 sq/ft (250m2) backyard, steam sauna, alkaline water showers, reverse osmosis alkaline water filters, outdoor ping pong dining table for 12. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 office workspaces, 2 car tandem parking, hidden behind private 10 foot tall gates and fences. PARKING: We have 2 car tandem parking at the house. It’s tight so be careful but it’s doable for even 2 vans to fit. Street parking is free. Two large parking lots are within two blocks walking distance. ROOFTOP DECK: Is about 1000 square feet and has sun all day long and lounges and chairs for the entire family to relax. OUTDOOR DECK: Our outdoor decks sprawl over 2000 square feet, behind 10-14 foot tall secured fence and gates. We have Weber BBQ grill and a large ping pong sized outdoor dining table. Ping pong net and rackets are located in the living room cabinet below the TV. PRIVACY & DECKS: It has very private tall fences and gates with exterior security cameras around the compound. Various decks and outdoor spaces are for you to enjoy the Venice Beach ``indoor / outdoor" lifestyle. Downstairs deck doubles a large outdoor dining area with BBQ grill, outdoor heaters, retractable awning and also ping pong sized dining table. All of this is behind 12 foot, very private tall fences and secure gates. You will be totally secluded from vibrant Venice life and steps away from it all. WATER: All of the water in the house is reverse osmosis filtered . We have our water experts change / check filters regularly. Small water faucet next to the main kitchen sink faucet is alkaline filtered PH 9 balanced drinking water. Indulge! WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS PROPERTY BEDROOMS: 1. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a large California king four poster bed, freestanding bathtub. 2. The home office on the same floor can double as an additional bedroom as it has Queen size Murphy Bed perfect for a guest suite. (Let us know if you need Murphy bed down or prefer it up and home office space ready.) 3. Third Bedroom is downstairs in our "in-laws suite" with its own full kitchenette and full bathroom. TELEVISIONS: There are four smart TVs in the house with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TVs, Firestick etc... HEATING & COOLING: The house has a portable AC unit since extra insulation & double decking was installed, so it’s very ECO conscious insulated. House is 2 blocks from the beach, and the California climate is perfect; never too hot or too cold. In the summer months, we open windows for the ocean breeze to cool us off, and in the winter, we turn the heaters on when needed and turn them off when leaving windows or doors open on sunnier days. When you leave the house, please do not leave the heaters on in the winter. PREVIOUS PRODUCTIONS: To date, we have hosted over 100 productions and would love to be a part of your next project!
