A reservation for this space includes an open area and five executive, vintage-styled offices. Step into a timeless setting that blends the charm of historic MiMo (Miami Modern) design with furnishings spanning mid-century modern and contemporary aesthetics. Most offices include exterior views of historic Downtown Miami.
The space retains many original MiMo features, including exquisite mahogany doors and panels, brass lighting accents, and period furniture, preserving its vintage character while offering a versatile backdrop. This retro-inspired office space is perfect for meetings, visual productions, photoshoots, or creative projects, providing an intimate atmosphere that captures the essence of a bygone era
The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby.
A 4 hour minimum booking is required for reservations. We prefer 4 hours reservations to begin at 9am or at 2pm. We will consider 2 hours reservations on weekdays starting after 8:30am and ending by 11:30am with 5 or less guests. Please message us regarding availability.
