Charming Craftsman House with Character and Class

The house is a beautiful California craftsman bungalow built in 1920 and has been remodeled with all new appliances and conveniences. My favorite part of the house is the spacious backyard where you can work, rest, or daydream. I have three fruit trees, so fresh lemons and oranges are always available. There is also a finished garage space with a cozy sitting area and desk. The house is steps away from the prized Debbs Park and its amazing hiking trail overlooking some of the most iconic views of LA. You may recognize the views from the works of Jackson Pollack, a once native of this special LA neighborhood. Just a mile down the road is the busy Figueroa street with some of the hippest bars in restaurants on the East Side (Highland Park Bowl, Hippo, Goldline, Checker Hall) and only minutes from Eagle Rock, DTLA, and Pasadena. The house has everything you need from cable TV, HBO, all streaming platforms, a large refrigerator, cabinet space, outdoor grill, cooking supplies, etc.
