FranMo has been designed to offer any photographer, film crew or video production team an acre of ever-changing and seasonal photo-fabulous backdrops, practical-use spaces, and multiple staging areas at a single location. Having a Television and Performance background Owner, Frank Harlan designed FranMo to offer four seasons of never-ending gardens, flowering plants and trees. He created backdrops and spaces that look like art installations, or at least like you traveled out of the city limits. He knows the value of a resource like this for any production team. And will make sure your experience is top shelf. FranMo is more than 40,000 square feet of spacious outdoor gardens, a plant nursery, and open lawns surrounded by 100' tall heritage trees -- delivering a Pacific Northwest flavor. In addition to the 3-D backgrounds FranMo is also an operating Urban Farm with an active vegetable garden (lots of tomatoes, greens and peas). You really have to walk the grounds to see it all. The centerpiece and backdrop of this property is a 1927 Mediterranean-style stucco home designed by William Bain. And, in the side yard is a Cedar Tree that is 10' in diameter at the base, over 100' tall, and 115 years old. To top it off, with a small production team in mind, FranMo has a Green Room with a private dressing room, restroom and meeting space.
