Downtown Rustic Creative Studio

This is a beautiful live/work studio space. The space is practically divided in half so part of it is personal and the rest of it can be used to share! There are two areas you can rent. First, there is a private office room. In this room there's a desk, chair, a white board, and a window with natural light coming in and lots of peace and quiet. The second area is the open studio space. It's gorgeous! A huge brick wall, original pine wood floors and lots of natural light! You'll be in the company of lots of healthy plants and the aroma of coffee as there's a shop just downstairs. There's hi-speed wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom and very comfortable atmosphere. This room is perfect for photo shoots, hosting meetings, trainings, co-working, cooking and entertaining. Additionally, for either of the rooms, you can record content in. I host a podcast called Unbreak My Heart and use both rooms to record in. This is a great space to film in as well. If you need catering, an in-house cook, recommendations on local neighborhood activities or hot spots, just ask!
