Lots of awesome furniture and props included in rental and an onsite hair and makeup artist can be added to rental for additional fee. Space has lots of beautiful natural light and windows. Lots of drape options like sheer, lace, heavy velvet .. so you can guide and bend the natural light coming into the space to create bright or moody shots. Stocked coffee and tea station plus mini fridge available for use Private restroom down the hall from space so your client doesn’t need to go far. Central air and heat provided. Hair/makeup station includes a variety of brushes, lip colors, etc. False eyelashes and eyelash application can also be provided for a small fee.
