Indoor/Outdoor Pop Up Storefront Space on St. Mark's Place, downtown NYC's busiest block!

This is an amazing opportunity to sell your clothing, art or merchandise on downtown NYC's busiest block, the always hip St. Mark's Place between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Our bookstore has a small storefront window enclave (approximately 9 feet x 9 feet) available to you and a part of an outdoor street front patio about the same size, that is part of our property and has no city limitations. Always busy we offer this until Midnight daily for your next pop up, drop, or small public reception. Your indoor space has one large table and you can use our clothing rack and additional tables or use one of your own tables or bring your own display. Your customers can use our indoor mirrors and bathroom. There is a four hour minimum on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. When considering times to book, St. Mark's Place is a party street that goes late, busiest after work and is slower before Noon. ASK ABOUT OUR OUTDOOR ONLY DISCOUNT. We take $20 an hour off if you use just the outdoor space. You can still use inside for storage, bathrooms, mingling, etc. Located in the thriving area where the bohemian East Village converges with students from NYU, Cooper Union and many colleges on one of the most important cultural tourist destinations in NYC. In addition to all the pedestrians on this major thoroughfare, take advantage of all the foot traffic going in and out of this historical and beautiful building that includes a comedy club, a busy yoga studio, a thriving arts organization and theater.
