6000sq/ft building in the heart of downtown, with two entire floors of production studio space, with additional separate boardroom, lounge room and full kitchen on top floor, and exclusive access to a 3000sq/ft rooftop with absolutely STUNNING city skyline views! 2000sq/ft production studio and event space in a 100 year old building with incredible character and beautiful factory windows :) Furnished with modern couches and decor, and very large tropical plant collection... 😄 One of the most popular studio's in Toronto, a renowned film production location ($120 hourly video rate), for video scenes, interviews, podcasts, commercials, and an extremely popular and versatile location for creative visual content production. This is truly an exceptional space for private event bookings as well with many seminars, large group meetings, private celebratory events such as weddings, showers, proposals, birthdays, popular for a product launch, release party, there's nothing we haven't hosted at this point... 😄 **PLZ NOTE - event rentals (starting from $120/hourly) are individually determined on a simple and transparently shared formula, based on their unique production details; number of hours on-site, number of attendee's, set-up assistance requests, additional furniture and decor requests, peripheral area usage such as kitchen, rooftop etc etc, so basically speaking all of the things adding to the overall 'impact to the space' Features: -Staff that are there to greet renters upon arrival and help get quickly settled in with the space, we then exit to give you privacy but are on-call for any accommodational assistance when needed -Situated right downtown on John Street between Richmond and Adelaide (near the subway too!), with large public pay parking immediately located on both sides of the building! -Reception waiting area at the entrance -WIFI -Heating and A/C -Full kitchen and multiple bathrooms -35 stacking chairs, 15ft custom antique wooden-beam benches, 3 large modern leather couches, and chairs -**professional studio lighting packages including photography strobes (with stands and high-end softboxes) -15 4ft LED tube lights, with optional colours giving some versatile video-style lighting! (**INCLUDED WITH LIGHTING PACKAGE STATED ABOVE**) -Lots of additional lighting stands -13 different coloured seamless *paper backdrops (white, black, medium blue, grey, olive, beige, yellow, green, pink, purple, red, orange, and brown) *separately charged at $5 per foot to cover the cost of replacement -Complete hair & mua area -Projector and screen -Steamer, rolling racks, hangers, fans, stools, mirrors, sandbags, extension cords... you name it! :) -And our highly experienced cordial staff, always striving to give the highest possible value to our renters

Surfaces are cleaned between bookings. Guests are asked to bring and wear their own masks while on-site during the mandatory government term for covid, and both this and physical distancing measures are the responsibility of the attendee's as we do not want to employ supervision of anyone which might interrupt or distract from their creative work. :)
