BRIGHT + CLEAN + AFFORDABLE -> FOUR HOUR minimum is required on the WEEKEND. -> THREE HOUR minimum is required on the weekdays. The sun-filled and open space is conveniently located at Eglinton & Laird near the DVP. This accessibly priced studio features 450 square feet of working space, 12' high ceilings, and a large 7' x 9' SOUTH-facing window with black-out curtains installed. Within the 650 square feet of air-conditioned space, the studio includes a washroom and kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, utensils, kettle and coffeemaker. Open: 8 am-9 pm. ->FREE PARKING. IDEAL FOR: Photography Video - small productions Workshops, Gallery, or Casting calls SOUND RECORDING: The studio is not soundproof. Many clients, however, have rented the space to record sound with no issue. This is not your space if you require a studio with perfect recording quality. ACCESS: The studio is on the second floor and has only stair access. LOCATION: The studio is located in TORONTO, not Richmond Hill, where another Industrial Street exists. In Google Maps, the location is considered to be in Toronto's East York neighbourhood, but locally, it is known as Leaside. PROHIBITED USE: Daylight Studio is NOT suitable for Live or DJ music or High-intensity/loud music video productions or use.
