Access to driveway for loading in and out and a food truck option. ••GREENROOM is available with couch, makeup table, mini fridge and coffee table for an additional price - $35/hr *Hours must correspond with the duration of main booking* • WIFI accessibility! • FREE street parking!!! • Access to driveway, first level patio + two level deck descending with view. • Extra firewood can be provided upon request for an additional charge ($15 per bundle) • Mobile bar is available with cooler, 2 dunk buckets. -Open daily with a 4 hour minimum -Maximum occupancy is 70 people for safety and comfortability -Please allow enough time for setup and breakdown, you will be charged for use of the property -Strict noise ordinance takes place due to it being a residential area. You have access to all of the outdoor space, front restroom and option of greenroom. 2 - Property is NOT handicap accessible. This is a "multi-level" property that is accessed only by stairs. No Elevator service. 3 - No loitering outside of residence or blocking of the public street. ••(guest must park on the right side of the street facing down (dirt side) 4 - Additional amenities are available for request at additional costs. See add-ons for pricing or message host. 5 - This is a private residence, so respectfully the noise ordinance is strictly as listed. 6 - If event runs overtime (with approval) you will be charged from the time you enter the property until entire party leaves the premises. Please allow for enough time for setup and breakdown, as you will be charged accordingly. 7 - Walk-throughs are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. If you decide to book, your deposit will be applied to your booking. 8 - We charge $75/day for equipment storage on property. 9 - ••Absolutely NO ticket sales or publicly displaying the address of the residence.
