The space includes a large commons area with kitchen, production space, lounge space and one large bathroom. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted to meet your needs. A large corridor is located in the back, perfect for storing equipment and gear away from the commons area. Ceilings are 10 feet tall with exposed brick walls and large 9-foot windows, providing ample natural light. The unit is located on the 7th floor. There is an loading zone and standard passenger elevator access in front (no freight elevator). The building is located near great bars and restaurants in historic downtown.
