Cute and Serene High-Concept Nail Salon in heart of Rockridge

Operating as a high-concept nail salon with a serene and spa-like environment in the heart of Rockridge in Oakland, our space can be also be utilized for film (motion picture) and photo shoots with crews of up to 15-20 people. Our space is ADA compliant and includes: • 4 manicure stations that can be moved around • 6 (4 individual and a 2-seat bench) pedicure stations that cannot be moved • Front seating area • Front desk • 1 bathroom • 1 private break room and back outdoor area that can be used for hair, makeup, craft service, and wardrobe changing. • Manicurists can be cast as extras (additional charge) • No parking lot available, only metered street and 2-hour parking The cost listed is our location fee.
