Bright and spacious, our 2,750 sq ft space features cantilevered floor-to-ceiling sawtooth windows, terrazzo floors, an exposed concrete ceiling, a vintage Scandinavian fireplace, modern Italian appliances, and high-end fixtures, furnishings, and thoughtful artistic details throughout. With an open staircase leading to a raised kitchen and dining room, minimalist bathrooms, and a light-filled primary bedroom, the layout works for a wide range of shoots: interiors, fashion, food, lifestyle, magazine, influencer content, filmed interviews, small video productions, and more. What's included: + Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker + 1,500 sq ft of additional basement space for equipment storage, catering, or hair and makeup + On-site parking for two cars, with free street parking nearby + Complimentary clothes steamer and clothes rack upon request Roof deck access and fireplace use are available for an additional fee. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot.
