A spacious, professionally styled hard loft in downtown Toronto, located at Adelaide Street East and Sherbourne Street. This southeast-facing, second-floor loft features approximately 12-foot ceilings, wraparound windows and an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed using an evolving collection of predominantly vintage furniture, original artwork, plants and distinctive decorative pieces. The overall aesthetic blends mid-century modern design with warm, collected and slightly bohemian elements, offering a versatile backdrop for creative productions, interviews, meetings and intimate events. The loft also has the rare convenience of direct access from Adelaide Street. One additional private room remains closed and is not included in the booking. The main space and kitchen feature ivory-toned hardwood flooring. The available bedroom is carpeted. The loft offers several seating arrangements, dining and work surfaces, and a mix of vintage furniture and decor that may be carefully repositioned to suit your shoot, meeting or production. As a vintage dealer and curator, I continually source furniture and decor for the loft, so the space naturally evolves over time. Most pieces shown in the listing photos remain in the loft, though some may be sold and replaced with new vintage finds. If a specific piece or setup is especially important to your booking, please message before reserving to confirm its availability. All furniture and decor must be returned to their original locations before the booking ends. NATURAL LIGHT + WINDOWS Large windows wrap around the main space, facing both Adelaide Street and Sherbourne Street. The windows are approximately seven feet high and provide strong natural light throughout much of the day. Windows in the main area have two layers of coverings: • Light-filtering blinds • Blackout blinds AMENITIES + PRODUCTION DETAILS The loft includes: • Complimentary Wi-Fi • Extensive dimmable pot lighting • Table and ambient lighting • Full kitchen • Dishes, bowls, mugs, glasses and serving pieces • Television with an HDMI port • Small JBL Clip speaker Guests are welcome to connect to the television for presentations, meetings or viewing content. Please bring any HDMI cables, adapters or devices you require. Specialty production lighting is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own lighting and production equipment. SOUND The loft is generally quiet for a downtown space and has been used successfully for interviews, podcasts, meetings and other sound-sensitive bookings. As with any downtown location, occasional exterior city noise may occur. Because this is a residential building, music and production noise must remain at a respectful level. PERSONALLY HOSTED This is a personally hosted space. I remain onsite throughout every booking to welcome guests, answer questions, assist with the space and help ensure the session runs smoothly, while giving your team room to work. BOOKING RATES Two-hour minimum booking. $95 per hour for up to five people. For groups of six or more, an additional $40 per hour applies, bringing the total rate to $135 per hour. Setup, teardown and load-out must be included within your reserved booking time. All guests, crew members, equipment and props must be completely out of the loft by the scheduled end of the booking. Same-day overtime is subject to availability and billed at $150 per hour. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS Coffee service, catering and other enhancements may be available for an additional fee. FOOD + BEVERAGES Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Guests may use the available dishes, bowls, mugs and glassware. Used items should be placed in the dishwasher at the end of the booking. There is no need to run it. Excess garbage should be securely bagged and left on the kitchen floor for disposal. IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES This is a quiet residential building. All guests and crew members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. • No smoking or vaping • No pets • No parties • No adult-content filming • No loud music or excessive noise • No filming, equipment, gathering or other activity in the hallways, stairways or common areas All booking activity must remain entirely inside the loft. The building entrance and common hallway are monitored by video. The loft must be left in the same clean and orderly condition in which it was found. Guests are responsible for any damage, staining, breakage or excessive cleaning resulting from their booking. ACCESS / PARKING The loft is accessed by one full flight of stairs, with no elevator. Please consider this when planning accessibility and equipment load-in. There is often Street parking on Adelaide just east of Sherbourne, and a Green P Garage nearby on Sherbourne, just north of Adelaide which is available 24hrs.
