Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Shuffleboard and a pool table are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen area with mini-fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and warmers Pool table Shuffleboard Foosball table 2 poker tables 6 HD TVs 2 fireplaces Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on the 7th floor of the parking garage but it can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change.
