Nestled in the heart of Joshua Tree, our 2.5 acres of privately gated land serves as the perfect desert oasis, surrounded by breathtaking scenic views. Welcome to Desert Way Ranch; a place that fosters the unforgettable experience of sweet desert living within the magic of the Mojave. From artistically curated décor to the not-so-subtle perfection of the natural landscape, our property sets the tone for your mind and spirit to roam freely, drifting along with the sun-kissed desert breeze. Sip in the enchanting mountain views by day, and by night be illuminated under the vast starry skies. The property houses two RV’s, both of which offer their own distinct ambiance to enhance your experience. The Mojave Modern RV is similar to a two bedroom luxury tiny home, featuring an entertainment space, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom. The Desert Sunset RV is more quaint but just as inviting, also featuring a private bathroom as well as kitchenette. The property has an additional external restroom and shower unit that can be used for more privacy. The outdoor living area is equipped with three fire pits, a propane grill, and multiple outdoor beds and lounge areas that are perfect for taking in the stunning views. Our 9-foot cowboy pool is the perfect space to relax no matter the season; it is heated during the winter and kept refreshingly chilled for those scorching desert summer days. The Desert Way Ranch house is newly renovated and can be also rented for weddings, special events, retreats, landscape photography, fashion editorials, and film productions. By fostering an off-grid stay while remaining minutes from the famous Joshua Tree tourist destinations, this property was thoughtfully designed to offer the best of all our desert town has to offer. The property also partners with a private chef who can be hired to provide you with a unique outdoor dining experience on the premises (available upon request and availability.) Desert Way Ranch was designed, built, and is managed by the mother-daughter team of Maritess Villatuya and Alexis Arnold. Tess, an interior designer, and musician Alexis are both continually inspired by this wildly beautiful desert that they call home. By utilizing each of their unique artistic gifts, the duo has worked together to develop a creative haven where guests can deeply connect to nature, art, and one another.
