The Annex Williamsburg for Production

With 14’ ceilings, large skylights, whitewashed walls, exposed brickwork, and unique architectural features, The Annex has become a sought-after location for photography, TV and film shoots, casting calls, and much more. The Lounge, with its open pantry, can be set up as a green room while shooting in the Main Hall or delivered empty to shoot simultaneously in both spaces. The Main Hall is large enough to accommodate multiple c-stands side-by-side, and the skylights can be easily blacked out if necessary.
