My property is perfect for photoshoots, group workouts, company picnics, indoor workouts, film shoots (although the airplanes will have to be taken into account), dance rehearsal space, small weddings and parties, company get togethers or just relaxing. In the past, it has been used for: - Photoshoots - Small production filming - Dance rehearsals - Aerial silks rehearsals and classes - Acrobatics - Fitness classes (both live and online) - Overnight boarding - Outdoor classes/gardening instruction - Self defense classes Features a dog run, a fully equipped gym, a fire pit, and plenty of space for different activities or break out sessions. There are changing areas, and plenty of costumes that can be rented. With our ample breakout space, this property is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with! Since the property is only minutes from downtown Seattle, yet feels like countryside, you can expect a relaxing environment for your event. The speakers in the gym are yours to use at no extra fee. The Firepit is also fun to use, and is no extra fee. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In-house coffee services: $2/head - Lighting Equipment: $20 - Costume Rental: $25 per costume - Van Gogh Apartment (if available): $250 per day (includes hot tub) - Horror Makeup $30/hour - Fantasy Airbrush makeup $30/hour - Hot tub (up to four at a time) $50 The restroom is conveniently located next to the deck, in the back yard. The main house is decorated in an eclectic medieval theme. I have a large projector downstairs, in the movie room. Next to the dog run, you will find the fire pit, an mock old west town, with a saloon, jail and livery stable, and even a woodsy area of the yard! About the gym: I have a 26' X 46' X 18' (center beam) gym in the back yard, that will soon house aerial silks rigging. There are two pull up stations, plenty of weights, small mirrors, vertical hack squat, a TV, with a small computer attached, and a camera for Zoom calls, dry erase boards, rowing machine, stationary bike, weights and much more! Each area of this property is interesting and unique. You can rent the gym and entire back yard, or, if the apartment is available, you can rent that. The movie room is available for smaller groups, with limited seating. I just need to know what space you are looking for.
