Our space works great for portrait studio photography and multi-media productions ( Music Videos, Interviews, Pod-cast & more!) Our space is 1600 SQ ft & broken into 3 key rooms: Lobby / Meeting room, Lounge Room, Production Room. We also have a restroom available for use while renting our space. There you will find a series of fine dining restaurants and nightlife along with a great place to eat known as the food lab. Our Unit is right off the 60 freeway & close to unique LA-style coffee shops such as Arcade Coffee Roasters and Lift. We recommend if you plan on doing any sound recording (dialogue) related, keep in mind DT Riverside has a train that passes every 2-3 hours which invades the walls of all the nearby buildings for 5-12 minutes.
