Guests can enter through the mudroom or the front door. Downstairs there are 2 living spaces, 2 kids bedrooms (1 with a set of bunk beds; the other with a single bed), 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, the mudroom, dining area and kitchen. There are dramatically high ceilings throughout with oversized windows. Upstairs is the primary bedroom (with a kingsize bed) and bathroom. The back living room opens to the outdoor space which includes an area for the kids to play on a hard surface and a dining area, as well as the wild buffalo grass beyond. In the back corner is a playhouse dedicated for kids. There is also a guest house that has a kitchenette, bathroom and a double Murphy bed - perfect for a nanny, visitors or as an additional play area for kids.
