The house was built in 1925 with the sunroom added in the 1960's. The back yard has lots of original wrought iron details and white walls. (Ask for more pictures) Can be completely closed off from the rest of the house and also has a separate entrance. The swing is available, weight limit for safety is 130lb. The couch is VERY white!
