All equipment is the same professional quality gear used in big budget productions—Canon Cinema EOS cameras and L-lenses, Litepanels LED lighting, Sennheiser mics and Lectrosonics wireless, and Sound Devices and Odyssey recorders. There's nothing cheap here. At the end of your booking, we'll provide the high-quality wav audio and ProRes ISO video recordings ready to edit. RULES: • Arrival and departure times must fall inside the booked rental period- No Free Early Arrival. • Allow time for load-in, rehearsals, tech adjustments, makeup, downloading footage, and load-out within the booked time. • Overtime, if available, is billed at 1.5x the standard rate in 30-minute increments. • No smoking or pets in the building, please. • You must supply your own food and drinks. • All studio-owned gear must remain in the studio. • We are not responsible for the performance of client-provided equipment. • Client is responsible for any damages to equipment, furniture, and premises • Ample parking but we are not responsible for parking violations– please read the signs. • If keys are lost, the client will be billed $100 for replacement
