The house is 2500 sqf plus a 650 sqf patio and a 250 sqf basketball patio and an additional 300 sqf zen inspired garden. Lots of bamboo and greens around it. We have a living room with open kitchen/ dining. A master bedroom, a kids bedroom and and a third bedroom that has its own kitchen and bath, entrance and deck with view. Note that this is a separate rental listing. Then also a garage that we turned into a bit of an art studio that can be rented at additional cost as green room for hair make up or stylist. We live with our kids at the house - 2 and 10 - and therefore after 7:00 pm we’d need to ask for a hotel.
