MY STUDIOS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND UNSTAFFED. Meaning we do not have staff sitting around all day - I arrive 5-10 minutes before your booked time to let you in and then I usually leave. I return at your end time or very shortly after to lock up. For this reason, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow my CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT directions!! We have three private suites in a Historic building overlooking a beautiful downtown area. This is suite 240 and is 300 square feet and has a 100 square foot balcony. The space has a flat screen TV, desk, velvet sofa, and boho chair. Great for photography or in-person consultations. There are 4 antique glass doors, 2 of which open out onto the balcony. We have some natural red brick and sheer white curtains. A private changing area is available. YOUR BOOKING TIME INCLUDES SET UP AND BREAK DOWN. Please schedule accordingly. There is NO wifi, heating or AC in this room. We use space heaters in the winter and fans in the summer. This is a self-service space. You can set up how you’d like but please put everything back how you found it before leaving. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI IS ALLOWED.
