Backyard faces west so you have daily gorgeous sunsets that bring magic hour lights inside the house. Property is within the 30-mile zone, 30 minutes from Hollywood and 20 minutes from Burbank. Ancillary space available for production needs such as catering. Permitted and insured productions only.
