70's Oasis Overlooking Trees & Mountains

Wood-paneled walls and a mix of vintage home decor make this great for small photo shoots and filming. The space is one large studio (14 feet x 21 feet) plus a small bathroom and kitchen off to the side. There is a nice size deck with macrame hanging plants that leads down to the wild native filled backyard. We are in a small hilly neighborhood with tons of wildlife, horses and dogs nearby so we try to keep things quiet but you can definitely play music at a low volume. This space is the downstairs level of our home and we can also rent out the upstairs level if needed. Inquire and I can share photos.
