The downstairs of the home has lightwood floors throughout the open floor plan with a living room, dining room and white marble kitchen & bar. The living room is tastefully decorated in modern design with a slight mid-century bauhaus flair. It also features a mid-century white brick fireplace and floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto an ocean view terrace with a large table which seats 12 people and an additional round stone table with 6 wrought iron chairs.
