Super cozy 1960s home located in a family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Mckinney square. Within walking distance, you’ll find an eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, coffee, bars & the scenic tree-filled Finch Park (also great for photo shoots) Our street is equally adorable lined with beautiful historic homes & a small-town vibe. You’ll feel like you just walked onto a movie set of it’s own. Shoot a cozy scene on the front porch (yes, there’s an old bed there) or find your way inside where the living room, dining room/kitchen, playroom/sunroom, & backyard are all fully available to you. Bedrooms are NOT available for use during this rental. There is so much character & primitive curation from the decor to ceiling tiles, shiplap to stained glass & original hardwoods throughout. The open floor plan is graciously set up to allow room for equipment. Host a meeting at our 7-seater farm table, or head to the sun-drenched back room that overlooks the beautiful backyard & amazing trees.There’s additional table/seating on the backyard deck to soak up the view. The she shed is occupied by the owner & is not available for use. Pool is not available for use at this time. This is a beautiful family home. We love our plants, toys & rare antique finds. We ask that you respect the space & leave things as they are. Do not remove hanging items from the walls or specific decor without prior approval from the owner.
