Large Pagoda and Yoga Studio on a Lake in West Sussex

My yoga studio is a self-contained unit on its own island, reached by a private jetty, with free parking for up to 20 cars. Please ensure you book for the full time you intend to use the space, including arrival, set-up, pack-down & departure. Access to the studio is only available during your booked hire period. Additional time used outside your booking will be charged at an overtime rate. The studio has a basic kitchen & one WC. There is an under-counter fridge & a microwave but no hob or oven. You are welcome to bring your own drinks, food, tables, chairs, glassware & cutlery. The space comfortably accommodates around 40 standing guests, more if the weather is nice & the surrounding deck is also used. There are Bluetooth speakers available for background music. Please note that I do have neighbours, so the venue is not suitable for loud music. For yoga events, sound baths or similar, the studio fits 22 people lying on yoga mats comfortably. Yoga equipment for 22 people is included, including bolsters & standard yoga props. The building is made entirely from oak with beautiful 360-degree countryside views. The indoor space is 98 sq/m with infrared heating available at an additional cost, plus a large surrounding deck. Easy parking, 7 minutes from London Gatwick Airport & Junction 10 of the M23.
