Mid-Century Designed Detached House in Barnet

An architectural designed detached house with open plan layout and a stunning full floor master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. An open terrace is accessed down a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The house is decorated in an eclectic mid century style. The house backs onto an unobstructed panoramic view of the country side but is only 5 minutes from the M25. Nearest stations are High Barnet Underground, Hadley Wood and Potters Bar overground. It is the perfect location for a variety of production shoots. Quiet road, good parking, a large wide rear garden with artificial grass so always looks immaculate! Our house has featured previously in The New York Times, Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms, House Beautiful, The Evening Standard house supplement as well as adverts and photo shoots. PLEASE NOTE - if you wish to book for a music video shoot I only allow up to 10 people (anyone over that amount will not be allowed entry) photoshoots can be a maximum of 15. However, always best to message me if you wish to discuss. PLEASE ALSO NOTE - I have three dogs that are well behaved and friendly. I always keep them away from the shooting location in separate areas and so far they have been no problem to any client (in fact a few have used them in their shoots!). However, if you do not want the dogs in the house I charge £60 for shoots from 9am-6pm for them to go to a dog sitter. If you require the dogs to be away for evening shoots (6pm-9pm) the cost is £90 as they have to go overnight. Please let me know if you require this service and I can do a custom quote. Also please be aware that as it is my residential home i will be on site at all times but I am very discreet and will always place myself away from the filming/photo space.
