Come and see what historic Downtown Lithonia has to offer! The Annex is a great option for classroom trainings, meetings or small celebrations! It can also host your next panel discussion! The space includes a private bathroom and can accommodate a maximum of 50 participants. It is setup to comfortably seat 32 participants. There are 8 5ft tables with 4 chairs at each table. Additional seating and tables are available if requested. The space is very configurable but must be put back to its original setup when done. The space also features a teacher/speaker area at front of the room. There are 2 monitors that can be configured by the user to show the same or different information.
