The apartment is super bright due to it's second floor location and the many windows. The sun rises on one side in one bedroom and the living room and sets on the other sides bedroom, bath and kitchen - which is open to the living room. It is always filled with sun rays, great to use natural light. It is a white house with a retro charm inside, natural materials, Bali vibes, real plants. The bathroom has concrete wall finish, spanisch tiles shower floor and dark wood vinyl flooring. Feels like a suburb in the middle of Miami. Perfect to shoot photo or video. The property has a huge GARDEN, that is available as well. It has 4 different seating areas, these are available FOR ADDITIONAL COST and availability - please check Add-ons for the prices. You can also just rent the garden area to the hourly price shown for the apartment. 1) One pallet couch area by the ancient oak tree, under the mango tree and string light above it. It is styled with grey/blue pillows. 2) A wood dining table set with a arm bench and 2 armchairs in a light moss green >> this one is included in your rate, as it belongs to the apartment (see it in the photos). 3) Outdoor couch chairs (from ex Delano hotel south beach), sliver tray table (tulum style) and 2 teak wood lounge chairs in the front yard area. 4) Green open space, plants here and there. Property borders houses on the left and right. A street in the front. The property also offers an Efficency for rent if available. So you have the 2/1 and the Studio and the big garden for dinner, lunch, Yoga, talk or whatever small meeting you set up. This is not an event space, only small relatively quiet gathering allowed and only possible in the garden area. Inside is a max of 6 people.
