We can offer the townhouse as a location for filming, photoshoots etc. The downstairs area is white so this has been a popular backdrop for photoshoots. The kitchen is white with white tiling and gives a good plain backdrop for your photos. There is an open plan kitchen diner/snug area, and then a front room with x2 sofas and fireplace which is used more as a sitting room as does not have an television in there. We offer the rooms in the listing pictures which consists of: 1) x1 white bedroom & white marble En Suite bathroom 2) The entire downstairs area (open plan kitchen/dining room/snug & then the front room with oil painting and fireplace) 3) The garden front & back, and summer hour 4) Navy Blue bathroom The house has been modernised but we have period features such as high ceilings, marble fireplace, cornice and edwardian bay doors with stained glass. We also have some large period paintings if you are looking for that sort of thing in your shoot. Most shoots have used the downstairs area but we can offer the entire property, just let us know what you require for your shoot and we can gice additional information and images of our extra rooms. ------------ Extra information about add ons: - It is a spacious house of 2,300 sq foot and x6 bedrooms so we can also offer crew overnight stay on request. Property is cleaned and disinfected in between bookings and change of parties. Damage deposit is required the day before entry to the property and paid via paypal or bank transfer. Damage deposit will be returned after the space has been inspected and cleaned and there has been no damage.
