About this Space: Perfect space for all types of shoots and luxury or modern content creation! **Photography and Videography allowed** - True floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit that gives natural light at anytime of day. The night view is breathtaking, and the day view is so calm, serene, and welcoming. You will feel as if you are receiving a hug from the skyline. Absolutely breathtaking! - Beautiful grey flooring, marble countertops and white cabinets give a prominent modern Aesthetic. - High floor to ceiling windows perfect for any backdrop if needed. -Please calculate the amount of time that you will need to set up and breakdown, and book the proper hours you may need. If additional hours are needed there will be a 1.5 hourly rate added for additional time. -Weekend hours & evening hours may differ from weekday hours. -Additional $50 per hour to utilize the bedroom. If you plan to use the bedroom please let us know. -Shoes are not allowed to worn in the space. If you want to wear your shoes there will be an additional charge of $25.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
