Standard pricing is shown for use of the open kitchen, dining and living room. Holiday and Special Event pricing such as SuperBowl Sunday or Valentine's Day, etc. will be provided upon inquiry and sent as a custom offer. Additional spaces such as the guest bedroom and the master bedroom can also be arranged for an additional fee based on usage. The main space works well for small meetings, small cocktail gatherings, film shoots, etc. General seating is set up for 4 people. If more is needed, please specify exactly how much more in your inquiry. We can provide seating for up to 6 people without an additional fee. Because we own quite a lot of decor and furniture, we do make small changes to the decor regularly and larger changes at least once per year. The pictures shown are representative of the type of look that is generally present even if the furnishings are not exactly the same. If there's a specific look that you want, please feel free to consult with us to ensure that we refresh the look to encapsulate the mood that you're requesting. These design changes may come at an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE: We will be onsite in other parts of our home for all or part of your rental duration. However, it is possible that we may need to access the kitchen for drinking water, etc. while you're here. Refrigerator use is NOT included.
