Large and unique looking recording studio space built in 1983 with mid century modern accents. 2 bathrooms Small kitchen Lounge and dining room 1 sound proof production room 750 sq/ft Studio main room is an acoustically perfect 38’x20’ along with 18’ high ceiling. Gorgeous natural wood backdrop and perfect for video interviews with plenty of depth to work with. Practical lighting is LED wifi controlled colors via Wiz app. Studio Control room is 16’x16’, and well suited for video village purposes.
