Set Designer's Duplex in Bushwick

On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, dressing room (with fireplace) and full bath. Access to the backyard is through the bedroom but it is easy to hide the door if needed. The wardrobe with plants fits nicely in front of the backdoor. In the basement there is a large living room space, 1/2 bath, and art studio. This space is great for shoots bc its large enough to host production needs and still have space to shoot. In the past we have had popup tents in the backyard for crafty and lunch. The basement is great for holding or hmu if you aren't planning to shoot down there. There are lots of ways to get the most of the space and a bunch of props and furniture to pull from.
