With a capacity of up to 50 people, it’s the perfect setting for your special occasion. Option 1: Basic Rental Access to the backyard for photo shoots, small gatherings, etc. - restroom available, NO POOL USE $50 per hour + Up to 10 guests Option 2: Silver Rental Access to the backyard and Pool usage $50 per hour + Up to 5 guests Option 3: Gold Rental Access to the backyard, pool, indoor living space with full size kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms $150 per hour + Up to 10 guests, plus a $50 cleaning fee Minimum booking of 2 hours
