Fully furnished open concept with 12 foot ceilings and Old World character throughout the space. Our venue is conveniently located just south of St. Claude Ave in Bywater. This space is ideal for pop-up art gallery, classes, workshop, meetings, photo shoots, product showcase, and special occasions. The space is flexible…furniture and art can be moved or removed, with the host's permission. We have a large open-concept chef's kitchen. Bring your own chef to prepare a special meal. Lounge seating with couch and chairs. Hair and make-up mirrors. We are a space to gather for respectful, thought provoking conversations. Rental hours are billed from beginning of set-up to end of clean-up. Parking is on the street and on the Neutral Ground. The bedrooms with not be available for use during your time in the property. The two living rooms, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms on the main floor with be available for your use. Only the main floor and not the bedrooms will be available for use.
