Our studio is a unique 1,800 sq. ft. open loft featuring 13-ft ceilings, a full kitchen, bathroom, and access to an adjacent urban garden. The space is filled with natural light and original architectural details, including glass block, exposed ceilings, and hardwood floors. Originally built as a factory in 1898, the building sits beneath the L tracks—offering a quintessential Chicago backdrop.
