Quiet Countryside Creative Studio

Our private studio space was built from the ground up between 2019 and 2020. It was acoustically designed by Harvey Harvey, an acoustic engineer from New York. It was our goal to create an ultra flexible studio space for photography, video production, and audio recording. The studio has 12' ceilings outfitted with a light grid for easy, out of the way, light placement. It has it's own powder room and the entire building is acoustically treated with floating ceilings, walls, and isolated concrete floors. The double walled construction and triple layered drywall makes this space an ultra quiet environment. And if you need even more silence, you can spend some time in our isolation booth. We are have audio and video integrated into the space with 12G SDI, HDMI, and Audio wiring through the walls, and switchers for live streaming or editing on the fly. We also have a Protools HD recording system with Focal monitors for the audiophiles out there. And 10' backdrops (gray, white, black), or a 10' green screen available to use. There are netflix approved cinema cameras, lenses, microphones, production lights and crew members available for rent or hire, or just come in with your own gear and use the space. Along with the studio space we have plenty of room to spend time grilling on the patio, burning your hands on the fire pit, taking walks on over 5 miles of cross country trails, or clear your head at our private 6 acre pond.
