Eccentric Bushwick Bar/Venue with Distinctive Decor, Lighting, and In-Space A/V Capabilities

A distinctively decorated two-floor bar and venue space located at the intersection of Bushwick and The Evergreens Cemetery. The eccentric downstairs bar area, featuring a custom bar top, is surrounded by three private alcove spaces, each with with their own decor and style. The upstairs, also featuring a small bar and limited-use mezzanine, is a venue that hosts drag shows, punk rock concerts, film showcases, private parties, markets, and community events. Our space is known for its inclusive atmosphere and an aesthetic that elevates the vibe of events that are housed here. The three private rooms in the bar are based in the colors pink, red, and blue. Each of them are individually furnished to create distinctive and dramatic tableaus. These spaces are also perfect for filming. Upstairs, our uniquely framed stage, checkerboard floor, scrapbook wall, disco ball, and professional lighting setup create a unique and aesthetic atmosphere. There is also a set up for DJ or live performances, a great sound system, and the fully functional bar is available to be used for an additional fee. An advantage of this space is that it provides an adaptable environment for a variety of different events, whilst providing good service, and unique options for drinks. Our decorative elements have been a hit with patrons of the space and lend themselves well to film and photo shoots. All of these amenities will be available, unless it requires operation, in which a fee will be discussed with the owners of the space.
