The space is a 1000 sq ft apartment with a large main room/dining room combination (16X32) and lots of natural light, view of the ocean out the front window and set up loft style (see pictures). The apartment features two small bedrooms, one used as a guest room and one as an office, a small kitchen, and a mid size bathroom with skylight and large tub. The main room. has a gas fireplace. Space has hardwood throughout (Tile in Kitchen and Bathroom)

The home is always kept clean, but before a booking the counters and touching surfaces are wiped with disinfectant. Windows are kept open to allow flow through as much as possible.
