Built in 1962, mid century modern, 6,500 sq ft, entire estate rental - I renovated it for 5 years & lived in it with my 2 year old, terrazzo floors, white marble inside & out, retaining walls, waterfront - 4 Airbnb rooms with full baths & a cottage * 6 hours maximum rentals* Party Guests are not permitted in Airbnb hallway with rooms, each airbnb room has its own lock & key for added security. There are 4 Airbnb rooms with private baths sharing this estate home. There is also an airbnb rental cottage on the property & a full walk out private basement rental. Common areas are shared by ALL & includes use of only When available: kitchen, family room, dining room, foyer, foyer powder room, all outdoor areas & pool. Occasionally you will see myself, Brad maintaining the property or my 7 yr old son playing while we work.
