Welcome to our home, where mid-century modern meets cool ocean breezes. This quiet oasis is a private home, fully-enclosed and surrounded by greenery. Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by a lovely garden of succulents, olive trees and hummingbirds. A whimsical dutch door leads into the home, where each room has a modern mid-century ambience. Cooking is a pleasure in an open plan kitchen with natural light entering the newly-installed windows. There is ample room to entertain and relax throughout the house. The dining room and living room continue with the mid-century, minimalist feel, and the living room opens out to a fabulous outdoor dining patio. Whether you access the back garden from a pathway off the kitchen or from off the living room, the backyard is a perfect spot to entertain, barbeque, and watch TV. After returning from a short walk/drive from the beach, you can watch the sunset from the back patio while relaxing beneath the overhead lights, enjoying the fire pit, and listening to your music of choice. There are four beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back gardens. Pick and choose based on your preference of sun and shade. Everything is within reach, and the nearest restaurants and shops are a 1-2 minute walk. We love our home and are happy to share it with you!
