Spacious Creative Studio with a Cycwall

Any photography or small video production activities work well in this space from beauty, fashion, and product photography to interviews or green screen/vfx shots. And, there is plenty of space to shoot behind the scenes. Studio A (the cycwall) has 11ft ceilings, a 22ft white cyclorama and access to Broncolor studio lights, Broncolor modifiers (softboxes, strip boxes, and a para 133); there are Aputure lights for constant lighting. If you want a blank canvas or are using liquids, there is a concrete floored side, Studio B, that can be used for liquids,general shooting, green screen and VFX shots. Rental includes use of (4) c-stands, (5) general photography stands, (5) medium stands and (2) mini stands for lighting close the floor or hiding a light behind a subject. There are small boxes and stools for sitting or posing. In addition, the studio has gels, clips, and everything you need for an all encompassing shoot. If you shoot tethered, there is an Inovativ Cart for your laptop and a 55" screen that can HDMI from a laptop for ease of viewing your captures. A 13'x13' use of a kitchenette is included (see photos). The studio has 10ft wide hallways if you are bringing in your own equipment. There are two bathrooms within the studio and HVAC. You'll want to turn the HVAC off if you need top tier sound but with concrete walls and flooring, the insulation will keep you cool. Please note, there are two distinct sides to the studio. Cycwall side and VFX side. They are not currently listed as two separate spaces but will be soon.
