FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol, Guests are allowed to bring beer and wine only • Outside food is allowed • Catering or prep area • No cooking is allowed on site • Projector, Television, Speakers • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed, Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers • Space Rules: Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Baby Showers, Dinner Events Our space is a very spacious well lit store front used for events or your creative and business use. The space has white Michaelangelo tiles, neutral light gray walls, a black bar, and industrial pipping hanging from the high 16 ft. ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows facing Broadway Street. The space can be used for a reception, photoshoot, business or creative meeting, open mic, pop up shop, pop up restaurant etc..... Rules: 1. Guests must bring any weapons into the space. 2. Guests are not allowed to walk back in forth from their car into the venue. 3. Capacity of the space is 75, if this is over the limit the event will end. 4. Guest must not go behind the counter for any reason ever. 5. No smoking indoors. 6. No jumping on top of the furniture or dancing on the furniture. 7. No loitering outside. 8. The bathroom is for one person at a time only. 9. You must bring garbage bags to clean up any debris left from your event.
