Our newly renovated kitchen (2020) was recently the shooting location for a baking show for the Magnolia Network Workshops which aired in June 2022. Home was also used for filming several documentaries and a commercial for Nulo Pet Food in 2024. It also boasts a massive deck in the rear of the house with 3 levels for entertaining. The house is located at the corner of two streets which provides space for ample non-zoned free parking and is also located close to I-83, the major artery to downtown Baltimore, and just south of 695, the Baltimore beltway.
