The house is cleaned and disinfected prior to each rental. It is expected that the house be left clean and neat with no stains or damage to any items. You will find a vacuum cleaner along with a broom and a dustpan by the front door. There are also cleaning supplies and paper towels on the kitchen counter should you need them. If there are any stains or damage you will be billed either for the additional cost of cleaning, or for replacement of the item. Additionally, this is a non-smoking space. Please do not smoke inside or outside on the premises.
